For a fun, new way to serve pasta at your next party – or just to liven up a weeknight dinner! Try these Angel Hair Caprese Salad Cups. The recipe was a finalist in our Pasta Presto Recipe Contest.

Cook the angel hair pasta according to package directions until it is al dente. Drain and reserve.

In a medium bowl, mix oil with the pesto and vinegar. Add the pasta and mix well.

Divide the pasta among the lettuce leaves and add mozzarella, tomatoes, and one meatball.

*This dish can easily be made vegetarian by using vegetarian meatballs instead of chicken or turkey.
