Angel Hair Pasta Recipe with Beet Pesto and Goat Cheese

Vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike will adore this romantic dinner for two featuring delicate angel hair pasta and a homemade beet pesto. And with how easy it is to make, it’s sure to become your favorite angel hair pasta recipe.


  1. Cook angel hair according to package directions; drain.
  2. Meanwhile, in small food processor, pulse beets, cheese, olive oil, 1 tbsp. water, walnuts, lemon juice, salt and pepper until smooth. (Tip: Add one clove of garlic with walnuts, if desired.)
  3. Toss pasta with pesto.
  4. Sprinkle with goat cheese (if using) and chives. Serve immediately.
