This creative spin on paella, the classic Spanish seafood dish, was one of the finalists in our Pasta Presto Recipe Contest and makes an easy, fast one-pot meal!

Cook the orzo according to package directions. Drain and reserve.

If not already prepared, cook chicken and shrimp according to package directions. Reserve.

Place the rice pasta, shrimp, sausage, onion, bell pepper, peas, tomato, olives, and oregano in a large bowl.

Gently heat the pizza sauce, lemon juice, and olive oil. Toss with the pasta mixture to evenly coat. Make sure entire mixture is completely heated through.

Garnish with lemon zest and Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
