No “knead” to get messy with making and rolling out pizza dough. Use leftover spaghetti to make this fun and easy pizza the family is sure to love!


  1. Preheat oven to 425˚F. Toss together cooked spaghetti, egg, 1/4 cup tomato sauce and 2 tbsp. mozzarella cheese. Arrange on greased 12-inch pizza pan; press into flat layer. Bake for about 10 minutes or until lightly golden and crisp.
  2. Meanwhile, heat skillet over medium heat; cook sausage meat, breaking up with wooden spoon, for about 7 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
  3. Spread remaining sauce over spaghetti “crust.” Sprinkle with oregano; top with sausage meat and pepper slices. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  4. Return pizza to oven; bake for about 7 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden. Sprinkle arugula over top.

Tip: For a vegetarian option, omit sausage and add sliced mushrooms and olives.
