This rustic uncooked tomato sauce with whole-wheat spaghetti makes a quick and satisfying lunch or dinner.


  1. In large bowl, stir together tomatoes, onion, oil, basil, parsley, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain.
  3. Toss spaghetti with tomato sauce until well coated.

Tip: Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese or add chopped fresh mozzarella to the sauce
