Creamy Orzo Pudding with Berries and Honey
cup/8 oz. reduced fat sour cream
such as lavender or thyme
cups/8 oz. mixed berries
slice or dice the strawberries, if using
Additional berries for garnish
Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Cook the orzo according to package directions. Drain, rinse under cold water, and reserve.
Stir together the sour cream and honey. Fold in the berries and the orzo.
Divide between 4 wine glasses or serving bowls.
