Creamy Orzo Pudding with Berries and Honey

  • ½ cup orzo
  • 1 cup/8 oz. reduced fat sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. flavored honey such as lavender or thyme
  • 2 cups/8 oz. mixed berries slice or dice the strawberries, if using
  • Additional berries for garnish


  1. Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Cook the orzo according to package directions. Drain, rinse under cold water, and reserve.
  2. Stir together the sour cream and honey. Fold in the berries and the orzo.
  3. Divide between 4 wine glasses or serving bowls.
