Ingredients

dry pasta

– 3 cups mixed veggies
I used onions, bell peppers and peas

chicken sausages
chopped

tsp
paprika
½
tsp
black pepper
1
cup
shredded colby jack cheese
or your favorite cheese

eggs
½
cup
milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Prepare pasta according to package directions.
While pasta is cooking, saute veggies, sausage and spices over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Add cooked pasta and cheese to veggie mixture and stir to combine.
Spoon into greased 9×13 pan.
In a small bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
Pour over pasta mixture and bake for 25 minutes.
